Damascus Gate

It’s time for another picture blog. This is Damascus Gate in Old Jerusalem. Take a moment and study the picture, then close your eyes and imagine you’re walking into Jerusalem through this entrance during Jesus’ time.

What do you see? What do you hear and smell? What do you think it looked like in biblical times?

Share your thoughts in the comments section. I love hearing from you!

You and I were so BLESSED to be able to go and actually walk /see where Jesus lived and carried out His ministry. Also we gazed upon where he died on the cross and the tomb where He was buried and rose again from! So many memories flood my mind as I think of that trip.Reading the bible became SO real and visual for me after I was there. Thanks for sharing this pic sissy! Love you!
