No matter where life takes you . . .

Faith takes you further.

Amber Hill has a perfect life— an amazing husband, a loving daughter, and an unshakable faith. Then the unthinkable happens. Her husband dies in Afghanistan. Two years later, she’s struggling to keep her house and her daughter doesn’t understand why Amber refuses to go to church. Her faith is shattered. Racecar driver, Cody Jackson, wrestles with making the fast turns and loses an important race in his career. This sends him to a small town to learn from a local mechanic and he’s thrust into starting a go-cart race for the children in the church. He meets nine-year-old, Bree Hill and her mother, Amber.

This is a story of full restoration and trust in God. Trial after trial plague Amber and she wonders where God is in the midst of it. Will she follow God down the broken road and through to the other side or cast him aside forever?

I had a special opportunity to see a pre-showing of this movie and I loved it. It kept me involved in the character’s lives. I loved Amber and Bree as well as the handsome racecar driver, Cody. Their struggles depict true-life tragedies and it was shown effectively. The message that God is always with us came across nicely. We are never alone.

The storyline kept me glued to the screen wanting to know how the movie ends. It had the right amount of conflict and tension to hold my attention. The emotion displayed throughout was amazing and will capture the audience’s heart. The questions concerning faith are real and heartfelt.

The actors were superb! Loved seeing some familiar faces involved in this faith-based film.

I give God Bless the Broken Road five stars. Go see this movie. I know you won’t be disappointed!
