Can you believe another year has flown by? They seem to pass faster the older we get.

Whenever a new year rolls around most people make resolutions. Start a diet, exercise more, etc, etc. While these are good things, we tend to do them for a few weeks before abandoning them. I’m guilty! I only set goals now and pick a word for each year. My 2023 word was SHINE. Continuing with a similar theme, my 2024 word is….drumroll, please!
