The book is well-written and keeps your attention with stories from Mr. Whitted’s career. This not only gives us examples but also helps bring home his point. Part One talks about what motivates our careers. Why is a promotion so important? How do we measure succes
s? The Four P’s of Promotion.
In Part Two, Mr. Whitted gives us nine steps to outgrow our workspace. These are invaluable and gave me a different perspective on the workforce. I loved this quote:

At the end of each chapter of Part Two there are “Reflections” questions to help you think further on what you just read. There are also podcasts and a career assessment the reader can do to help them through the process.
I highly recommend anyone in the workforce to read this book. I give it four stars. It’s one book you can take to your lunch room and share!
