Award-winning Publishers Weekly Best-selling Author

Can you believe Wednesday is December 1st? For the next few weeks, I’d like to share some Christmas stories, thoughts, and poems. Today I’m honoured to highlight a poem by my friend, Barbara Ayton. Enjoy!

It’s Christmas time and all around
A treasury of light is found
The brilliance of the shimmering snow
The softness of a candle’s glow.
The streets have been transformed with light
And evergreens – a shining sight
The lights in eyes of little ones
Is treasured for the years to come.
Yet, still the most amazing light
Came from above one starlit night
As angels set the sky aglow
The Light was born for all to know.
