A dear servant of God went to be with the Lord recently and my friend Heather wrote a poem about him. Jack Chubb was such a delight to all who knew him. Thanks Heather for sharing this beautiful tribute to his life.
In memory of Jack
Thou he is gone
His message lives on,
“Jesus is the Way.”
With humility and joy
He served the Lord.
In prayer
He laid himself bare.
With firm conviction
He pursued his mission.
Though trials assailed
He knew Jesus never failed.
Now clothed in glory
Where the truth is heard
He rejoices with the Word,
Singing praises,
“Jesus is the Way.”
